Refund Policy
Last updated 1 November 2026
If Termlux isn't for you, you get your money back.
1. 14 days, no questions asked
Within 14 days of any payment for Termlux Pro or Team (the first one or a renewal), you can ask for all of it back. You don't need to give a reason.
The refunded plan ends when the refund is made, and Termlux stops working on your Macs until you get a plan again. The free trial doesn't start over. Nothing in your workspaces is deleted.
2. How to ask
Paddle, our reseller and the merchant of record for all our orders, makes the refund to the card or account you paid with. Ask either way:
- through paddle.net, with the email address and the receipt Paddle sent you; or
- by writing to us at info@etiinnovations.com, from your account's email.
Refunds usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. After 14 days
You can cancel any time from your account's Plan page (Manage billing). The plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for and doesn't renew. Periods already paid for aren't refunded after 14 days, except where the law says otherwise, or when something on our side kept Termlux from working; then write to us.
This doesn't limit your rights as a consumer, including the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU. More in our Terms of Service.
